Hi, I'm Charissa Gonzales, president of On-Target Fundraising & Events.


Charissa Gonzales is President of On Target Fundraising and Events based in Los Angeles, California. Charissa has nearly fifteen years of fundraising experience, working on presidential, statewide and local campaigns, including Meg Whitman for Governor, Riordan for Governor, Simon for Governor, Romney for President and Austin Beutner for Los Angeles Mayor. Additionally, she has been involved in the fundraising efforts for a number of nonprofit organizations and agencies including, the International Republican Institute in Washington, DC, as well as The George Washington University School of Business, CASA of Los Angeles, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum and Foundation, Making Education the Answer, the SAG Foundation, and the thirty-year old Los Angeles nonprofit organization, United Friends of the Children which was founded by Nancy M. Daly. During her career, Charissa has successfully solicited millions of dollars in direct contributions from individuals, created and executed hundreds of special events, as well as researched submitted and reported on of foundation and corporate grant proposals. She has worked to engage finance steering committee members, as well as Board of Directors in the fundraising process through education, enthusiasm and support.  Charissa attended Georgetown University and has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and a Masters from The George Washington University in Political Management.
